Where the property is held by the employer, the SSAS can purchase the property providing a cash injection to the business

LOANS TO A
SPONSORING EMPLOYER
A SSAS can also make loans back to the sponsoring employer, up to 50% of the net scheme assets. This must be done on a maximum five year term, with capital and interest repayments. Suitable security must also be provided.
